Current leisure and real estate projects:

“Hacienda de San Rafael”, a private hotel situated halfway between Seville and Jerez overlooking the Andalucian plains. This 18th Century building comprises eleven suites & three casitas set in five hectares of professionally landscaped gardens.

Situated in the historic city of Seville, “Corral Del Rey” is an impressive 17th Century “casa palacio” currently under conversion into a small hotel and private members club with a launch date planned for March 2007.

In the hills close to Arcos de la Frontera with a lakeside location and overlooking the Sierras de Grazalema, “El Espino” is scheduled to become a country club hotel with serviced private villas.

Situated in the historic town of Ecija, Benchamark Capital have acquired the symbolic "Palacio de Fernandez de Bobadilla", which will be restored into a landmark hotel & restaurant, balancing modern comfort with historic charm.
